For a more intense graham cracker flavor, lightly toast the crushed graham crackers in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes before adding them to the ice cream maker. Be sure to let them cool completely first! If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can still make this recipe! Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals. Fold in the graham crackers during one of the stirring intervals.
