Infuse the oil with garlic: Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil in a large saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic powder and let it bloom in the oil for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Spice and sear: Add the drained potatoes and corn to the pan. Stir to coat them evenly with the infused oil. Mix in the salt, chili powder, oregano, marjoram, paprika, cinnamon, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are softened and lightly browned on the outside (about 10 minutes).

Warm the ham: Add the cubed spiral ham to the pan. Cover and cook until the ham is heated through, approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

For a richer flavor, try using smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
If you don't have spiral ham, any cooked ham will work. You could even substitute with cooked sausage or chorizo for a different twist.
Adjust the spices to your preference. If you like it spicier, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Fresh herbs such as parsley or chives can be added as a garnish for extra flavor and visual appeal.
